Once a user has been enabled for Stop / Start Recording and they login to one of the MyCalls
Application, they will see the Stop / Start Recording Button. The button will change colour based on
the status of the extension.
The button is visible in each of the applications as shown below.

When the button is greyed out the extension that the MyCalls user is
logged onto is not on a call.
When the button is Red, this means the extension is on a call. The user
can click the button to pause recording.
When the button is Green recording is currently paused, click the button
to resume recording.
