Backup Folder

The backup folder is the location from the call recording server that archives will be carried out to. This
will be either the local folder accessible on the call recording server or the UNC of the PC that the calls
will be archived to. The two examples below show a local folder on the call recording server
'E:\BACKUPS' and a UNC '\\SERVER\BACKUP'.
To perform a backup to a UNC the Call Recording software will first need to be configured as described
in Archiving to a Network Drive.
