When you rst receive your hybrid battery spot welder you will need to purchase 4 - 31P batteries at >=1000A that
have pole style car battery terminals. Remove the 7 screws on both side panels and then remove the panels.
Insert batteries from the side,
be sure to put check the labels
(circled in the image) and set the
batteries poles facing the correct
direction.

The rear lower battery has to be
installed form the opening in the
back of the welder.
3 Installation
Place the leads (red on positive and
black on negative) on the battery ter-
minals and tighten with a 1/2" socket.
Do not over tighten.
