This command is used to set operator settings This selection opens fol-
lowing Operator Settinngs dialog.
Dialog mode: modal
Operator Settings dialog box has following items:
Settings group:
Country Code edit box (ALT+C):
Nerwork Code edit box (ALT+N):
Operator Name edit box (ALT+O):
Save button (ALT+S):
Cancel button (ESC):

Open Operator Settings dialog.
User can edit country code.
User can edit network code.
User can edit operator name.
Saves settings to phone and closes dialog..
Closes the dialog box and do not save settings to phone.
