The TX Power Tuning dialog will be activated automatically after value
selection.
Dialog mode: modal
TX Power Tuning dialog has following items:
Power Level & Coefficients list box (ALT+L):
The power is presented in GSM or PCN values. The base power is se-
lected automatically when the dialog is opened. The test value is not
saved to the EEPROM. The test value can be changed during tuning as
other power coefficients and the program remembers its value when tun-
ing function is activated later again.
If there is more power levels in the phone that can fit into window the win-
dow is scrollable. When phone is initialised the program asks the number
of power levels used in the phone.
Only three power coefficients (highest, third smallest and lowest) are
needed to tune (left justified Coefficients) and the rest of them are calcu-
lated.
The tuning position is highlighted and can be tuned with +/– keys or left/
right cursor keys.
Calculate button (ALT+C):
The calculation is activated with this button. The power coefficients which
are calculated from the tuned coefficients are displayed on the different
columns than the others. All values can be tuned if needed.
Base level calculation check box:
If this box is checked the base level is calculated.
