6. Assemble the shaft assembly and bearing frame:
a) Coat the outer races of the bearings with a compatible oil.
b) Coat the internal bearing surfaces of the bearing frame with a compatible oil.

Install and tighten the radial-end cover bolt and bearing-frame screws evenly to
the torque values shown in the Maximum torque values for 3700 fasteners table.
