5.3 Chart layout on the display

Several settings for the chart layout on the display are
configured by tapping the Setup menu followed by Chart and
Presentation Settings.
The Chart Presentation Settings dialog will be displayed:
The presentation is divided in logical groups as described in the
following pages.
Switches between ECS and ECDIS presentation of the chart
content.
Switches between traditional and simplified chart symbols.
North up:
Displays the information with the north
direction upward. Corresponds to the usual
orientation of nautical charts.
Head up:
The information is shown on the display with
the vessel's heading upward. The heading is
updated every 1 degree.
NOTE: This function is only available when
Grid:
Turns on/off a grid of meridians and parallels.
