7.3 Route symbols

The following route symbols are used in the CS system:
First waypoint with waypoint number and route name.
Fixed waypoint with waypoint number and turn radius.
Range and bearing between two waypoints.
Active waypoint.
Movable waypoint.
A movable waypoint is deleted by pressing the right cursor key.
Additional waypoint to be inserted between two existing waypoints.
Leg with accepted deviation. A route that is under construction will be drawn
with red legs. When the route is saved, the legs will be black.
Leg checked and found unsafe or dangerous with the Check route option
activated.
Orange color used for unsafe routes; while red color is used to indicate a
dangerous route.
The color indication will remain on the leg also after the route is saved.
When in route planning mode, waypoints that violate the boats given turn
radius will be marked with a grey cross. (Check turn radius in System
configuration – Tab: ship)
