Information windows
6 different information windows may be activated from the
Window menu to show information about current vessel,
sensors and cursor position. Refer Information windows, page
47.
In addition to these selectable windows, the Route window will
be automatically displayed when a route is started. Refer page
97.
The Attention window will also be automatically activated if an
alarm situation occurs. Refer The CS message system, page 128.

Dialog boxes

Data entry is achieved using dialog boxes initiated from the
menus. A dialog box may cover a logical group of functions.
The dialog boxes "pop up" in the display area. They may be
moved as required by pressing and holding the cursor over the
title bar, and moving the dialog to a new location.
Data entered in a dialog box are not taken into account until it is
confirmed by tapping OK or APPLY:
• OK: changes are applied, and the dialog box is removed from
the display
• APPLY: changes are applied, and the dialog box remains
displayed. This key is not available in all dialog boxes
If it is not allowed to make changes to some of the entries in a
dialog box, these will be unavailable (displayed dimmed).
Click CANCEL or the
dialog box without action.
