Now select the COM3 port and click on "Uninstall":

Now the COM3 is free and we can use it on the com0com setup:

Then Click on "Apply", Now the COM3, COM2 pair is created:

WARNING!

Seneca to ethernet connector use always the right port in the com0com Setup (in our case COM2)
