4.75 Why can't I receive calls even when the signal
strength is strong?
Try following the steps below:
1. Check whether you set up a call blacklist by going to the Harassment Filter in Phone
Manager.
2. Check whether you have installed anti-virus software such as 360 Total Security. If so,
uninstall it and then see if you can receive calls after restarting your phone.
3. 4G networks only support mobile data. Calls require the use of 2G or 3G networks.
4. If the screen has been off for a long time, turn on the screen and immediately look at the
signal bar. Check whether the phone disconnected from the network when in standby.
5. Check whether your phone is out of credit. If not, restart your phone and see if you can
receive calls.

(FDN) feature?
The Fixed Dialing Number feature prevents unauthorized use (calling, sending SMS messages,
and more) when you lend your phone to a third party. For example, if person A lends their
phone to person B, person B will only be able to make calls to numbers listed by person A.
This feature helps to prevent other people from using your phone (e.g. when leaving your
phone to charge in a dormitory) and doesn't affect incoming calls. This feature is assigned to
your SIM card. Removing the SIM card will disable this feature.
