4.6 Why can't I clear the notifications for new voice mails
by flicking down from the status bar to display the
notification panel?
Press and hold the notification, drag it to the left or right, and touch OK in the displayed
Clear ongoing notification dialog box. Even though the "Removing this notification will
cause exception to the application sending it. Remove?" message is displayed, your
phone's functions will not be affected. After you clear this notification, it will not be displayed

4.8 What do I do if my phone doesn't respond when there
is an incoming call?
1. Presently, this problem may be caused by some conflicts with 360 Security Guard. Please
uninstall 360 Security Guard and restore to factory settings.
2. If this problem occurs when 4G is enabled, try disabling 4G.
Since the 4G network is still being perfected, support for voice calls is not perfect. (Normally
the inability to receive calls on 4G networks is caused by coordination problems between
3G/2G and 4G core networks.) So, it may happen that you can't receive calls in some areas
when you have the 4G switch turned on. If this happens a lot, please contact the operator of
that network to resolve the problem.
Temporary solution: When you don't need to use 4G service, try to keep the 4G switch turned
off.
4.9 Why do I hear noise during phone calls?
1.
2.
Go to Settings, under All, check whether Do not disturb mode is enabled. If yes,
disable it.
Volume up the ring tone to the maximum.
Check whether your phone is in the mute or vibrated state for a long period time, or
whether you are frequently in the noisy environment when you miss the phone calls.
Restore your phone to its factory settings.
Update your phone to the latest version.
If the noise is discontinuous and probabilistic, the causes may be as follows:
The network signals may be poor. Try making phone calls in areas with good signals.
Turn off the 4G network and then turn it back on. If the problem persists, the 4G
network may be newly constructed, which may not be stable.
If the noise is heard when the volume is large and is confirmed not to be caused by the
network environment, the causes may be as follows:
