16.1 What can I do if my phone automatically powers off
or fails to power on after being rooted?
I: Normal check
Check that your SIM card and microSD card are inserted in the correct direction. Incorrect
SIM card or microSD card installation may cause automatic power-off.
2. Check that your phone has battery power (by checking the charging screen you're your
phone is connected to a charger). If your phone's battery level is lower than 2%, your phone
may automatically power off.
3. Check whether you have installed applications that are not compatible with your phone. It
is recommended that you restore your phone to its factory settings and update it to the latest
version. (Remember to back up important data before restoring your phone.)
Press and hold the power button for 10s to forcibly restart your phone. If your phone can
display the standby screen normally, perform a normal update on your phone. If your phone
still can't power on or restart, perform a forcible update.
II: Normal recovery
1. Restore your phone to its factory settings.
Go to Settings and touch Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone. Then your
phone will restart and be restored to its factory settings. After the restoration, your phone will
restart again.

2. Online update
Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network. Go to Settings > Updater > Check for updates >
New version to download and install the new version.

III: Forcible recovery

important data from time to time during use.
1. Software download
