Why can't I find the fingerprint option under Settings?
If you can't unlock your screen using your fingerprint, go to Settings > Security and check
whether there is a fingerprint option. If not, restart your phone and check whether the
fingerprint option exists.
If you can't find the fingerprint option under Settings, take your phone to a Huawei service
center.
