4.1 Why can I synchronize some WeChat contacts to my

WeChat synchronizations according to the following rule: only contacts with phone numbers
linked to their WeChat accounts will be synced.

when I make phone calls?
Currently, 4G networks support data services only and do not support voice services.
Therefore, when you make phone calls, your phone falls back from the 4G network to the 3G
or 2G network. If your phone falls back to the 2G network, you cannot use the data services.
4.3 Why can't I make phone calls or calls drop even when
the signal is strong?
Calls are not only affected by signal strength but also signal quality (such as the degree of
interference). Network resources can also affect calls. Generally, occasional call failures or
call drops are caused by bad network conditions.
4.4 What can I do if a message indicating that a voice
mailbox number is missing is displayed when I make a
phone call?
You can enter the voice mailbox number in Settings > Calls > Voice mailbox number. You
can get this number when you subscribe to the voice mailbox service in a service counter. If
you forget this number, you can call your carrier's service number and retrieve this number.
4.5 What do I do if the calling screen doesn't respond?
Please check whether you have installed 360 Security Guard. If installed, the problem may be
caused by some conflicts with 360 Security Guard. Please uninstall 360 Security Guard and
restore to factory settings.
