Upper shaft motor-related errors
Code
E110 Needle up stop position error
E111 Needle up stop position error
E120 Needle drop signal could not be detected.
Sewing machine motor stopped due to a

problem, or synchronizer is faulty.
E131 Synchronizer is faulty.
Problem detected with sewing machine motor

operation.
Sewing machine motor stopping position is

incorrect.
Sewing machine motor operated in reverse

during sewing.
Sewing machine motor is overheating, or

temperature sensor is faulty.
Cause Remedy
Turn the upper shaft pulley until the point where the error
display disappears.
If the error display does not disappear, turn off the power
and check the connection of the synchronizer connector
P5 at the power supply motor P.C. board.
Turn off the power, and check the connection of the
synchronizer connector P5 at the main P.C. board.
Turn off the power, and check the connection of the
synchronizer connector P5 at the main P.C. board.
Turn off the power, and then turn the upper shaft pulley
and check if the sewing machine has locked up.
Check that the upper shaft motor connector P4 and
synchronizer connector P5 are connected at the power
supply motor P.C. board.
Turn off the power, and check the connection of the
synchronizer connector P5 at the power supply motor P.C.
board.
Turn off the power, and then turn the upper shaft pulley
and check if the sewing machine has locked up.
Check that the upper shaft motor connector P4 and
synchronizer connector P5 are connected at the power
supply motor P.C. board.
Turn off the power, and then turn the upper shaft pulley
and check if the sewing machine has locked up.
Check that the upper shaft motor connector P4 and
synchronizer connector P5 are connected at the power
supply motor P.C. board.
Turn off the power, and then turn the upper shaft pulley
and check if the sewing machine has locked up.
Check that the upper shaft motor connector P4 and
synchronizer connector P5 are connected at the power
supply motor P.C. board.
Turn off the power, and then turn the upper shaft pulley
and check if the sewing machine has locked up.
