lists the specifications for the 32-channel with OSC terminal
mux/demux module.
If the chassis loses CPU power, traffic on the 32-channel module will be lost or
seriously degraded. The 32-channel module uses arrayed wavelength grating
(AWG) filters, which require temperature control. A power failure significantly
reduces the power at the receiver because the passband of the filter is
temperature sensitive.
