Error Responses

When the XTP T USW 103 receives an SIS command and determines that it is valid, it
performs the command and sends the corresponding response to the host device. If the
command is determined invalid or contains invalid parameters, the receiver returns an error
response to the host. The error response codes are:
= Invalid input number
E01
= Invalid switch attempt in this mode
E06
= Invalid command
E10
= Invalid preset number
E11
Using Command and Response Tables for SIS Commands
The
command and response tables
the switcher recognizes as valid, the responses that are returned to the host, a description
of the command function or the results of executing the command. Commands can
be entered back-to-back in a string with no spaces. Figure 13 shows the hexadecimal
equivalent of ASCII characters used in the command and response tables.
NOTE: Uppercase and lowercase text can be used interchangeably unless otherwise
stated.
