Channel removal

11. Thread the fiber optic cable into the opening on the System Unit. Plug the cable into
an available opening on the terminal opposite the Tungsten lamp

DANGER
Potential Shock Hazard. Turn off and disconnect power from the System Unit
before adding or removing channels or channel components.
To remove a channel:
1. Turn off and unplug the System Unit.
2. Remove the cover panel on the left (valve) end of the last channel.
3. Remove the cover panels on the right (detector) end of all channels and of the
System Unit. All connections are made on this end of the system.
4. Loosen the screws on the System Unit cover and remove the cover.
5. Disconnect the fiber optic cable from the terminal.
6. Disconnect the detector cable from the System Unit panel.
7. Disconnect the AC power cable and controller cable from the adjacent channel.
