Maintenance procedures
After removing the bolt, remove the nut and blade

together.
- Check the shoulder of the nut for wear (M page 82). If
it is worn down, replace it.
- Check the bolt head for wear. If it is worn down,
replace it.
Attach the nut to the blade holder.

Press the clips on the sides of the blade, attach a

new blade to the blade holder.
- Securely fasten using the three tabs.
Insert the blade holder all the way in.

- Align the tab of the nut with the slot of the blade
disc.
Tighten the bolt, and remove the blade holder.

Torque: 5.3 N·m (0.5 kgf·m, 3.9 lbf·ft)
Check that the blades rotate smoothly.

- If they do not rotate smoothly, remove and install
the nuts again.
