DANGER

<Installation>
・
Do not operate the product where there are hazardous materials such as combustibles, flammables,
explosives. The product may ignite, catch fire, or explode.
・
Keep water drops, oil drops, and such away from the product. They can cause fire or product failure.
・
Always secure and anchor the product (including work pieces) during installation. If the product turns over,
drops, or malfunctions, it may lead to injury.
・
Always use stabilized DC power supply with power margins for motor, control, and input/output power
supplies. If the product is directly connected to AC power supply, it may lead to fire and equipment
explosion or breakdown.
・

General Requirements , and install over-current protection device (such as molded case circuit breakers
and circuit protectors) to the primary sides of the motor (wiring: red, black) and control (wiring: red (with

Overcurrent protection shall be provided where the current in a machine circuit can exceed either the
rating of any component or the current carrying capacity of the conductors,whichever is the lesser
value. The ratings or settings to be used are detailed in 7.2.10.
<Operation>
・
Stay off of the product operating range when the product is in an operable condition. The product can make
a sudden move and it may lead to injury.
・
ELCR may catch a finger or such in between the motor case and the table. Pay extra attention.
<Maintenance/Inspection/Repair>
・
A specialized technician must perform wiring work and inspection.
・
Wire after installing the product. Failure to do so may result in electric shock.
・
Do not operate the product with wet hands. Doing so may lead to electric shock.
・
Do not perform wiring work and inspection until confirming voltage with testers after more than 5 minutes
have passed from turning power OFF. Otherwise, it may lead to electric shock.
・
Do not install/remove wires and connectors while the power is still on. There is a risk of product malfunction
and failure, and electric shock.
・
When extending cables, use leads where the maximum permissible current value of the wire diameter is 4A.
Otherwise, there is a risk of heat generation and product damage during operation.
・
Do not disassemble nor modify the product. Doing so may result in injury, accident, product malfunction,
failure, etc.
WARNING
・
Use this product within its specifications.
<Installation>
Install the product to incombustibles. Installing the product directly to inflammables or near
・
inflammables may lead to fire.
・
Design a safety circuit or a system that will prevent bodily injury or equipment breakdown in case the
machine stops during system malfunction such as emergency stop or power interruption.
・
Install the product indoors where there is less humidity. There is a risk of short circuit or fire accident if the
product is installed where rain drops may fall or where there is a lot of moisture (85% or greater humidity or
there is dew condensation).
・
Perform D-class grounding (with ground resistance of 100 Ω or less) with the product. In case of an
