Basic functional verification checks

Note
The basic functional verification test using the Welch Allyn Service Tool Standard edition
meets the minimum requirements for routine preventive maintenance. These tests
verify basic functionality of the NIBP, SpO2, SpHb, and thermometry parameters. Welch
Allyn recommends using the service tool, Gold licensed edition, to perform verification of
the device when completing a repair.
