Suggested action
Connect the device to AC power
and allow the battery to fully
charge.
Check the voltage from J49 on
the main board for +5.0, ±0.5V
DC. Replace the main board if
necessary.
Test the connection by
connecting a PC running the
service tool. Verify that the
service tool is configured
properly on the PC to
communicate with the device.

Replace the power cable to the
communications board.
Replace with a known good
accessory.
