Neutra l Cu rrent Sensors
When the ground-fa u lt option is selected in a trip unit, and
a single phase 3-wire or a 3 p ha se fou r-wire power system
(e.g., 120/208 Vac or 27 7/480 Vac) is used, an external neu­
tral sensor must be inserted in the neutral lead of the power
system to com plete the g round-fa ult p rotective circu it .
