MicroVersaTrip Plus™ and PM™ Trip Units
+24 Vdc Input
MicroVersaTrip PM trip units req uire an external +24 Vdc
power supply to furnish power to the communication
network. In addition, this power supply energizes the LCD
display, so that low cu rrent values, voltage val ues and trip
targets are d isplayed without u se of the i nternal batteries.
H owever, batteries are suppl ied with MicroVersaTrip PM trip
units for cold set-ups and viewing targets in the event the
+24 Vdc power sup ply is i nterrupted. A single +24 Vdc power
supply can supply the power req u i rements of u p to 16 M icro
VersaTrip PM trip un its.
