Measures
After confirming no error is
displayed on the operation
panel, cancel print jobs from
all the PCs. Next, turn the
power off and disconnect the
power cord. When passing
5s, reconnect the power cord
and turn the power on.
Measures
Upgrade the firmware to the
latest version.
Turn off the power switch and
unplug the power cord. After
5s passes, reconnect the
power cord and turn on the
power switch. After that, set
the Sleep Level to Quick
Recovery.
Measures
If the operation panel or the
buttons are not active, turn off
the power switch and unplug
the power cord. After pass-
ing 5s, reconnect the power
cord and turn on the power
switch.
Check if it occurs with print
from other PC in the network.
If it only occurs at the certain
PC, print from other PC.
