(1) The paper loading message appears
(2) The paper direction is incorrect

Condition
The printer driver was not properly installed.
Photos printed from a PC are monochrome
instead of color. (Print from Windows Photo
Viewer)
MP tray setting is unmatched between the main
unit side and PC side.
A PC (spooler) does not properly operate.
The main unit is not ready to print
The main unit locks up.
The main unit locks up.
The entire machine is locked up since image
processing is unavailable from memory short-
age.
There is trouble in network or network setting is
not proper.
The cable between the main unit and the PC is
not properly connected.
The access point (router or hub) in the network
does not operate properly.
The router is faulty or the router setting is not
proper.
"Offline" appears and the print function is
unavailable.
Only one among installed PCs is unable to print.
No error is displayed and if directing print, it is
on hold.
The main unit IP address is changed.
[Not connected] is displayed on the PC and a
print job cannot be executed by error.
