8.1 Error Code List

Error Code
(Decimal)
The measurement range setting is other than 0 to 3 in the
10
intelligent function module switch setting.
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.
111
A module error at a start.
The offset/gain setting is other than 0 and 1 in the intelligent
12
function module switch setting.
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.
The three-/four-conductor type setting is other than 0 and 1 in
13
the intelligent function module switch setting.
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.
The G.OGSTOR instruction was executed in the offset/gain
1
161
setting mode.
• The G.OGSTOR instruction was executed consecutively.
162
• At the time of offset/gain setting, a set value was written to
2
the E
PROM 26 or more times.
The G.OGSTOR instruction was executed for the model that
163
differs from the model for which the G.OGLOAD instruction
had been executed.
The average time setting is outside the setting range.
20
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.
The average no. of times setting is outside the setting range.
30
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.
The offset value is equal to or greater than the gain value at
40
the time of user range setting or user range restoration.
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.
8
When the offset setting request (Y1, Y3, Y5, Y7) or gain
setting request (Y2, Y4, Y6, Y8) is turned on in the offset/gain
setting mode, the offset/gain setting of the intelligent function
50
module switch setting on that channel is not user-set.
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.
When the offset setting request (Y1, Y3, Y5, Y7) or gain
setting request (Y2, Y4, Y6, Y8) is turned on in the offset/gain
setting mode, the "offset value" or "gain value" of that channel
51
is outside the measurement range scope.
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.
The offset setting request and gain setting request were
52
turned on simultaneously in the offset/gain setting mode.
indicates the channel number set incorrectly.

This chapter explains the natures of errors which occur during use of the Q64RD and
troubleshooting.
If an error occurs during write or read of data to or from the PLC CPU, the Q64RD
writes the corresponding error code to the buffer memory address 19 (Un\G19).
Description
Remedy
Make a correct setting in the intelligent function module
switch setting. (Refer to Section 4.5.)
Switch power off, then on again. If the error recurs, the
module may have failed. Consult the Mitsubishi office.
Make a correct setting in the intelligent function module
switch setting. (Refer to Section 4.5.)
Make a correct setting in the intelligent function module
switch setting. (Refer to Section 4.5.)
Do not execute the G.OGSTOR instruction in the offset/gain
setting mode.
• Execute the G.OGSTOR instruction only once for one
module.
• At the time of offset/gain setting, write a set value only once
at one time.
Execute the G.OGLOAD and G.OGSTOR instructions for the
same model.
Set a correct value at the buffer memory address 1 to 4
(Un\G1 to 4). (Refer to Section 3.4.3.)
Set a correct value at the buffer memory address 1 to 4
(Un\G1 to 4). (Refer to Section 3.4.3.)
Set a correct value in buffer memory, or measure and check
the resistance at the platinum temperature-measuring resistor
input terminals.
Make a correct setting in the intelligent function module
switch setting. (Refer to Section 4.5.)
Check the measurement range scope and set the offset/gain
value within the scope. (Refer to Section 3.1.1.)
Reexamine the sequence program so that they do not turn on
simultaneously.
