The set warning output upper/lower limit value is outside the
measurable temperature range specified for the used
platinum temperature-measuring resistor.

indicates any of the following statuses.
0: The lower lower limit value is lower than the

measurement range.
1: The upper upper limit value is higher than the
measurement range.
2: Lower lower limit value > lower upper limit value
3: Lower upper limit value > upper lower limit value
4: Upper lower limit value > upper upper limit value
• If two or more errors have occurred, the code of the error found by the Q64RD
• The error can be cleared by turning on the error clear request (YF).
• The error is cleared at the time of mode switching.
