NOTE: Most facilities have one (1) circuit breaker for five (5) or six (6) outlets. It is best to not share the circuit that the 3D Printer is using with other equipment sharing the circuit that might exceed the wattage of the supplying circuit breaker and cause it to trip. 5. This alert message lets you know that the Network Cable should now be connected. Connect one end of a CAT-5 network cable to the Ethernet port on the E-Box and the other to your network hardware or PC. Click CONTINUE on LCD 3D Systems, Inc.

Select YES and then a screen appears informing you to immediately press and hold the Control Knob as the printer reboots. This process allows you to manuallyenter an IP address. Perform the following steps: “A” through “E” on the next page. 3D Systems, Inc.

Click REBOOT to restart the printer. After reboot, confirm that there is no binder in the Vacuum Line on top of the Print Head. If the line is clear, replace the cover with the four (4) Phillips Head screws. 3D Systems, Inc.
3. Confirm correct filling of the Heads by selecting STRIPE TEST and then FACES. Choose where on the paper you would like to print. 4. Examine the print to confirm that all colors are firing. If colors are miss- ing or streaky then repeat the SERVICE HEADS operation and re-run the FACES test to see if improvements are made. 3D Systems, Inc.

4. Unscrew the tube of the grease gun from the handle. If there is already a grease cartridge in the gun (if you are replacing or reseat- ing the grease cartridge) perform steps 5, 6, and 7 before beginning this step. 3D Systems, Inc.

Twisting the grease cartridge once it comes into contact with the rubber plunger may help to seat NOTE: A grease cartridge that has been crushed or damaged in ship- ping may not work correctly. 3D Systems, Inc.

11. Screw the tube back onto the handle. Unlock the rod and push it all the way in. 12. Prime the grease gun by pumping the handle several times. NOTE: Dark grease used to manufacture the grease gun may come out. 3D Systems, Inc.

6. Replace the plastic cover. NOTE: DO NOT lubricate the Fast Axis during installation. It was fully lubricated at the factory. ONLY add oil when 3DPrint prompts you to as part of routine maintenance. Too much oil will damage the printer. 3D Systems, Inc.
