Table 4 Measurement Description
The power consumption values were recorded during the following system states:
System State Description
S0: Minimum value
Lowest frequency mode (LFM) with minimum core voltage during
desktop idle.
S0: Maximum value Highest frequency mode (HFM/Turbo Boost).
S0: Peak value Highest current spike during the measurement of "S0: Maximum
value". This state shows the peak value during runtime
S3 COM is powered by VCC_5V_SBY.
S5 COM is powered by VCC_5V_SBY.
Note
1. The fan and SATA drives were powered externally.
2. All other peripherals except the LCD monitor were disconnected before measurement.
