Check the LED indicator on the power supply. The LED patterns may temporarily change during POST and other diagnostic

blades in the chassis. See the
FCOE10-24 blade section for
limitations. If the LED remains
amber, consult the Brocade DCX
supplier.
Pull the blade out and reseat it. If
the LED continues to flash,
replace the blade.
Check for out-of-bounds
environmental condition and
correct it.
Ensure that the ICL cable is
correctly installed.
