Refresh processing time

The refresh processing time [s] is a constituent of the scan time of the CPU module. For details on the scan time, refer to the
following.

The refresh processing time [s], which is taken for refresh, is given by:
• Refresh processing time [s] = Refresh read time (time for transferring refresh data to the CPU module)
According to the setting of "Target", the refresh read time varies.
When "Target" is "Refresh Data Register (RD)"
The following table lists the refresh read time when the RCPU is used.
