Red ON - Major error on RTM board.
Red ON - Packet flow to and from
the MCU chassis.
Green ON - RTM IP board has
successfully completed startup.
Blue OFF - Normal.
Flashes - During power down
process.
ON - RTM IP board may be
removed.
Red ON - CPU & System are in a
standby (OFF) mode.
