Chapter 22 Call Services
22.4.1 Global Setting Screen
Use this screen to customize the default music callers will hear when placed on
hold. If you create any custom profiles then they can override this setting.
Click Configuration > PBX > Call Services > Music On Hold to open the
screen as shown.

22.4.2 Custom Music On Hold
Use this screen to manage your music on hold profiles.
Click Configuration > PBX > Call Services > Music On Hold then click the
Customized MOH tab to open the screen as shown.

Click this to save your changes.
Click this to restore the options on this page back to their last saved
values so you can begin configuring anew.
