DISASSEMBLY
Remove the crankshaft.
Remove the shift fork shaft.
Remove the shift drum.
Remove the shift forks.
SHIFT FORK AND SHIFT FORK
SHAFT INSPECTION
Check the shift fork for wear, bending or damage.
Measure the shift fork I.D.
Service limit: 12.05mm
Measure each shift fork claw thickness.
Service limit: 4.80mm
