GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
The following parts can be serviced with the engine installed on the frame:
Ÿ Generator
Ÿ Clutch
Ÿ Oil pump
Ÿ Cam shaft / Rocker arm
Ÿ Shift spindle
Ÿ Cam chain tensioner
Ÿ Kick starter arm
The following parts must be serviced with the engine removed off the frame:
Ÿ Cylinder head
Ÿ Cylinder
Ÿ Piston
Ÿ Crankshaft
Ÿ Transmission
Ÿ Kick starter shift
During removal and installation, jack or adjustable support is required to maneuver the engine.
TORQUE VALUES
Engine hanger 10mm bolt / nut
Drain bolt
Gearshift pedal bolt
Kick starter pedal bolt
