7.CLUTCH/OIL PUMP/GEAR SHIFT
Measure the outer rotor-to-body clearance.
Service limit: 0.40mm
Measure the rotor-to-cover clearance.
NOTE:
Measure the clearance with the gasket installed.
Service limit: 0.11mm
OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY
Install the oil pump drive gear and gear shaft on the
pump body.
Install the oil pump cover.
NOTE:
Align the cutout in inner rotor with the cutout on the
shaft.
Check the oil pump for rotating freely.
