proper connection.
• Try reseating the power supply in the power
supply slot.
• Reconnect the power cable to the power supply
unit if it is disconnected.
• Ensure there is input AC at the power cable.
• Try using a different power cord.
If this does not resolve the issue, replace the
power supply.

• Verify that the fan is present and installed
correctly.
• Verify that the fan spins up and runs.

be caused by network congestion or by packet
errors.

the problem, then replace the NIC card.
• If the NIC is embedded, the DR4000 system
appliance requires service.
