e. Connect the I O K ohm Standard Resistor to the
3456A's input terminals. Adjust calibration pot "F" for
a IO.OOOO O + 3 ± 1 count reading. Refer to Figure 54
on how to connect the IO K ohm and other Standard
Resistors to the instrumem.
f. Disconnect the IO K ohm resistor from the 3456A
and connect the I K ohm Standard Resistor to the input
terminals. Adjust calibration pot
± I count reading.
g. Disconnect the 1 K ohm resistor and connect the

l OO ohm resistor to the input terminals. Check the
reading.
h. Disconnect the 1 00 ohm Standard Resistor and
connect the 100 K ohm Standard Resistor to the input
terminals. Adjust calibration pot
3 I count reading.

i. Disconnect the l OO K ohm Standard Resistor and
connect the I M ohm Standard Resistor to the input ter·
minals. Adjust calibration pot "I" for a 1000 . 000 + 3
± 1 count reading.
