FRONT WHEEL / SUSPENSION / STEERING
Apply grease to the throttle cable end and throttle pipe
flange
groove .
Install the throttle pipe [ 1 ] to the handlebar
.
Connect the throttle cable [ 2 ] end to the throttle pipe .
Install the throttle housing [ 3 ] by aligning locating
pin
with the handlebar hole
.
Install and tighten the screws { 4 ] securely .
Install the right handlebar switch housing [ 1 ] by aligning
the locating pin with the handlebar hole .

Install the screws [ 1 ] and tighten the upper screw first
,
then tighten the lower screw to the specified torque
.

Install the master cylinder [ 1 ] , holder [ 2 ] ( " UP " mark
[ 3 ]
facing up ) and bolts [ 4 ]
,
Align the end of the master cylinder with the punch
mark on the handlebar and tighten the upper bolt first ,
then the lower bolt to the specified torque .
TORQUE : 12 N m ( 1.2 kgf

Connect the
brake light switch connectors [
