ENGINE REMOVAL/ INSTALLATION
Connect
the following connectors and secure them to
the each
stays
.
-
Linear solenoid valve 4P ( Green ) connector [ 1 ]
-
Shift spindle angle sensor 3 P (Gray ) connector [ 2 ]
-
CKP sensor 2 P ( Red ) connector [ 3 ]
Install the wire band [ 4 ] to the frame pipe
.
Connect the water hose [ 1 ] to the thermostat cover by
aligning the paint mark with cover tab .
Tighten the water hose band screw [ 2 ] to the specified
range ( page 8
-

.
Connect
the fuel injector 2 P ( Gray) connectors [
1
] and
ECT sensor 2 P (
Black )
connector [ 2 ]
,
Install the clip [ 3 ] to the fuel rail
.
Secure the wire band boss [ 4 ] and
main wire harness
[ 5 ] to the wire clamp [ 6 ]
,
Install the following

Fuel tank ( page 7

Radiator reserve tank ( page 8

Swingarm pivot covers (

and bleed
