Side effects
The use of the vibration plate may lead to the following side effects:
Itching in regions of the body being trained
Nausea and vertigo
Rapid and brief drop in blood pressure
Rapid hyperglycaemia in the event of diabetes
Diabetics should always have dextrose on hand! The side effects of
nausea, vertigo, drop in blood pressure and skin irritations are generally
harmless. Older users should be especially warned about the possibility
of vertigo and a sudden drop in blood pressure. People who have skin
injuries such as blisters or wounds on the soles of their feet are not
allowed to use the vibration plate.

NOTE:
Extending the specified application times cannot place
excessive demands on the skin due to the emitted light.
However we recommend a 48 hour break after a 15-20
minute treatment.
Comply with the application times.
