The following people are not allowed to use the equipment:
Pregnant women
People with DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis)
People with fresh wounds following an operation or surgery
People with epilepsy
People with acute illnesses / inflammations
People with pacemakers
People suffering from retinal detachment
People with acute osteoporosis
People with the following illnesses may only use the device after
consultation with their doctor:
Cardiovascular diseases
Hip and knee implants
Severe diabetes
Severe migraine attacks
Tumour diseases
Gallstones or kidney stones
Acute thrombosis
Acute inflammation of the muscular-skeletal system
New fractures to well-trained limbs
New infections
Acute hernia / intervertebral disc diseases / spondylolysis
Rheumatoid arthritis
Arthritic or arthropathic conditions (joint diseases)
People with recently implanted intrauterine devices, contraceptive coils, metal
pins, screws or plates are also only to use the device after consultation with
their doctor.
