Thanks to whole body vibration the Ergoline Beauty Lounge not only offers an
innovative light treatment but also a healthy training effect. This is made
possible by a vibration plate integrated into the standing surface which
activates the entire musculature through its vibration. The patented seesaw
function of the training plate simulates human walking which, in contrast to
other training devices, makes the Whole Body Vibration into a 100%
physiological training method. As a result, all of the muscles of the legs up to
and including the torso, abdomen and back are trained. The upper body and
head can remain still.
As such, the Whole Body Vibration supports muscular development,
