Call Transfer
Call Transfer enables you to relocate an existing call to another extension/external number. Calls can be
transferred after notifying the destination extension/external number about the impending transfer (Attended
Transfer) or can be transferred directly without notification (Unattended Transfer).
Unattended Transfer

During an ongoing call, press Transfer
•
Dial the number of the desired party to whom you want to transfer the call. You can make the call using the
Keypad or Dir Key or Logs Key. To know more, see

The dialed number rings.
•
Press T'fer Key or Transfer
•
Press Back Key, to return to the party on consultation hold.
If the party to whom the call is transferred, does not answer, the call will be returned back to you.
Attended Transfer
•
During an ongoing call, press Transfer
•
Dial the number of the desired party to whom you want to transfer the call. You can make the call using the
