Print Check-Out Report

The Check-Out Report can be viewed on your computer screen and the same can be printed using the local printer
connected to the PC. The Check-Out reports can also be printed on the Communication or Ethernet Port.
To print a check-out report,
• Press DSS Key assigned to Reprint Check-Out Report.
or
Dial 1072 - 911
• Enter Room/Phone/Guest Number.
The destination port for reports can be the Ethernet Port or Communication Port. Contact your System
Administrator to know which option is set.
