Auto Callback (ACB)
When the dialed extension is busy or not answering your call, you can set Auto Callback (ACB) to avoid dialing the
same number repeatedly. You can set Auto Callback for a single extension only.
Setting Auto Callback
•
Dialed extension is busy.
•
Press AutCB Key.
•
Similarly, you can set Auto Callback when the number is ringing.
•
When the extension user is available, the system will automatically place the call on your extension.

Canceling Auto Callback
To Cancel Auto Callback,

Dial 102
or
When the system places the Auto Callback call on your extension, press Cancel
