The Operator can view and print the Occupancy Status of rooms, so that s/he can allot rooms quickly and
efficiently.
To print the Room Status Report,
• Press DSS Key assigned to Print Room Status Report.

The destination port for reports can be the Ethernet Port or Communication Port. Contact your System
Administrator to know which option is set.
