Mailbox Assignment
The guests can be assigned mailbox so that if they are not available, callers can leave messages for them.
To assign a mailbox,
•
Press DSS Key assigned to Mailbox Assignment.
or
Dial 1072- 005
•
Enter Room/Phone Number.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Key to select Assign Mailbox.
•
Press Select Key.
To de-assign a mailbox,
•
Press DSS Key assigned to Mailbox Assignment.
or
Dial 1072- 005
•
Enter Room/Phone Number.
•
Scroll using the Navigation Key to select De-assign Mailbox.
•
Press Select Key.
